Payment

CCbill is responsible for all affiliate payments. We do not issue checks or wires. If your payment is late, please contact CCbill's customer support. Unless otherwise noted, all affiliates who join the program will receive 50% of all sales and rebills. CCbill fees are split. Webmaster referral is 5% of the net of all referred partner sales.

Spam

No bulk e-mailings of any kind are permitted. Violators will forfeit any commissions that otherwise would be owed to you, and we reserve the right to terminate you from the program and to pursue legal action against you, both civil and criminal.

File Sharing / Tube Sites

Using our content for file sharing is not permitted. Violators will forfeit any commissions that otherwise would be owed to you, and we reserve the right to terminate you from the program.

All videos to be used on a tube site must come from our video tool content. No other video is permitted unless you receive written permission from us. A banner or text link must be prominently displayed under or next to the accompanying video. You may not cover our watermark with your own. You may not use any other links or redirects associated with our videos.

Use Of Images And Other Content

You are permitted to use the images provided in our zipped content packs for your own banners, posts, and page/site design. However, you must have a link to at least one of our sites on any page where our images that are used. You may not use our content to promote another site. For example, if you use one of our images in your blog header, you must have our banner or link in your sidebar.

Use Of Model Information

As an affiliate, you agree and understand that you are not permitted to use any personal contact information (phone number/email) for any model that we provide our members in our members area.

Responsibility For Your Site

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You agree that you are not an agent of Ladyboy Inc., and that we shall have no responsibility for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You further agree that you shall also be responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon any laws, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, or the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights), and for ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal. You must have express permission to use another party's copyrighted or other proprietary material. We will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted or other proprietary material in violation of the law. In addition to the foregoing, we will immediately terminate your participation in the program if we believe you have engaged in any of the following:

-Provide inaccurate or incomplete information to us concerning your identity, bank account, address or other required information.
-Attempt to cheat, defraud or mislead us or the consumer in any way.
-Misrepresent to the public the terms and conditions or content of our sites or your sites.
-Promote password, File Sharing, Torrent, Bestiality, Child Porn, Underage Model, or Warez sites.
-Own or operate a website in connection with a person who is under 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to terminate any account and withhold all pending payments if we believe you are involved in fraud or other illegal or unethical activities. We also reserve the right, at any time, to change or modify our webmaster program and/or our membership site.
